My dear
I am sure you are cool, composed and feeling much better after you did that anti-stress exercise I suggested in my last mail to you.
Thought you might like to check out your current stress levels… just in case.
READ THIS BEFORE LOOKING AT THE PICTURE
The following picture was used in a case study on stress levels
at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Look at both dolphins jumping out of the water.
Both dolphins are identical.
The researchers concluded that a person is under stress
if he/she finds both dolphins looking different.
If there are many differences found between the two dolphins,
it means that the person is experiencing a great amount of stress.
So, if you see too many differences
between the two dolphins,
you are advised to stop all that you are doing immediately
and take a long rest !!!
When I took the test for the first time I saw a cow and a bunch of bananas. I am better now and I can already see one dolphin. Hopefully I will get much better soon and I will be able to see both dolphins clearly enough…
I am sure that you can see both dolphins clearly so you are perfectly well and unstressed.
So continue studying. Remember that academic examinations are just a passing phase!
Just in case, if you need any kind of help to de-stress, let me know…
Take care. Stay well. Study.
The force is with you… and so are my prayers!
Love you, Terry
