We Leos are generally a step and a leap ahead of other types. I personally do not believe that but those astrology books keep trying to make a point about this.
Everybody can be this way… and all it takes is a little regular exercise, a cheerful spirit, a sense of humour and a “never say die” attitude towards anything challenging that comes your way….
And the humility to accept that you are not all that great when you goof up now and then!!

I am way above cloud NINE for all the wishes I have received from you and many others….
Many say that I am “young at heart/ young in spirit” even though I am 72.
I appreciate that but I would rather be accepted as a sprightly fully alive 72-year old in spirit as well as at heart and whatever else!
There is always so much an older person can still be old and do.
I hope I can continue being an example of that .

I had a lovely in-house birthday just remaining in my counselling centre and happily accepting all the calls and visits and cakes and affection related showers that were being poured down on me. The college was in examination season (CIAs in the autonomy system) so the rush was somewhat limited. That gave me time to breathe comfortably while celebrations were going on all around me.
Lots of mails also came in and I took a long time to reply to all the wonderful and affectionate greetings I have received!
Not a problem since I am pretty good at replying to emails… as you surely know!
