My dear
Easter season still: another reason for celebration! Another occasion for sending mail greetings to loved ones – family and friends.
Long ago when I was young, Christmas and Easter were specially looked forward to. Church services, getting the home all spruced up and clean, special deliciously cooked meals by my mom, family togetherness and other here and there things that added much joy to our otherwise lives.
Over the years as I have grown older, some things have changed and there is now another recognised dimension to these and other festivals. More real and nearer surely, to the actual meaning of the feast. More awareness of the significance of the mystery that is at the heart of the celebration.
Sharing with you recent thoughts and feelings of this holy season of Easter.

Descent completed, Father’s will
Fulfilled on consummated cross
He swirls the linear destined death
And triumphs mortal fate designs
Dawn dazzle from dark sombre tomb
Resurgence from the edge of hell
Flush bloom celestial sign again
New resurrecting hope for all
Arisen now in radiance glow
New challenge lives invited to
Ours to take if we so wish
Through cross-ways led by him before
Alleluia He is risen

Peace is His special Easter gift to us. Having that, all else falls into place right through the tribulations and challenges. It never is always easy and comfortable, but there is consolation in knowing that He is with us and walks alongside us through it all.
More blessings to you as you climb , fall, soar, stumble, glide, plummet, trip and rise, moving on ahead through the mysterious unpredictable journey He leads you through.
Take heart. He is with you and you will arrive in glory glow as well.

All else well with me as the busy testing/counselling schedule continues. I am too phased out by evening time to wander into anything even remotely adventurous. I stretch out lazily in my counselling centre or tend to little distractions like mailing or gardening or music.
Blessed by Him I make my own peace with the world I live in.
