Looking back and feeling bad about what has happened and how it could have happened better
is just a waste of time, energy and spirit.
Gone is gone and “keep going” is the best that one could be doing.
You have a right to be upset and angry and disappointed and whatever else as you have expressed in your mail… and I am glad that you had a chance to vent it out. If it helps you can come over and do some more venting…
You know I have high regard for you and I love you and I will comfort you whichever way I can.
Hundreds of students “keep going” out from the comfortable/familiar/disappointing/upsetting/whatever here
into the challenging unfamiliar out there. All of them generally do well…as others have done before them.
You will do well too… just keep going.
All otherwise in place with me.
These days the testing/counseling is not too wild since exams and related things are on.
So my “keep going” will be a bit less stressed and more relaxed. Good for me.
