We are well into the holy season of Lent already.

Unsightly coat of dust surround
green gleam gloss blanketed below
Sunbeams denied their sweeping reach
Dark shadows dominate the flow
Neglected seasons left aside
To hapless circumstances soon
The prodigal bemoans his plight
Nostalgic now of father’s boon
Deep yearn for liberal breath again
Unslaved from asphyxiated state
Lost days pass by hope gleams anew
Repenting earth for grace awaits
Now is the time acceptable
Heart reconciled to kingdom come
Forgiving Father waits for you

Things relatively sombre and quiet with the slow drag towards the exam season becoming prime concern of college life just now. Most of the people around are busy with customary feigned casual but frenzy scurry getting notes/references/journals and whatever else in order.
Things are less rushed for me in the counselling centre. My fast-forward days with the summer rush for vocational testing and guidance will come soon and I am ready!
Been doing it for years so I am quite used to it.
Other here and there things fill up the in-betweens and I entertain myself doing them.
