Something for you…. though I am sure you know about this already…
Actually if you look down too there are many things that will come your way. One has to look down for much of nature: plants, flowers, animals, underwater sea creatures, earthworms… and so much else.
Actually it is not up there or down there but inside of you that the good things mostly are… and they will emerge from within and light up your living if you allow them to!
So just LOOK! And the good things will come your way! And if they do not come your way, you go to them. It is amazing how many good things you can go to!
I do what I can and I LOOK (up/down/all around) and I GO!
And the good things continue.
