That kind of explains how you are now and I was then! Cheer up, your time will come too.
For now enjoy what you are doing and do not worry if you mess up occasionally and people laugh at you.
A lot of times they will be proud of you for the things you accomplish by being foolish, so it kind of gets balanced and better as the years roll along.
Allow me to share with you one of my Terryisms: Never miss an opportunity to fail!
I have another one that is not a Terryism but a TerryQuote:
God gives us a quota of 100 stupid things to do in life. Finish your quota soon!
And youth is the best time to fail or do stupid things. One can recover and learn from them more easily as one moves towards the wisdom that comes with age.
Not that the old are never foolish. We have our moments too… and that helps as we grow towards becoming older and wiser.
