Meanwhile some more wisdom from my recent health-care experiences..
As we grow older – and this is more about me than about you – there is greater chance of things like this happening : Scary health situation, lots of uncertainty and worry and unpredictable crises and bouts of panic .
Crisis times like these also awakens a lot of family concern and caring and support.
All very heart-warming and wonderful to experience and be a part of.
God works his miracles through physicians and surgeons and caring family and friends as well..
There is a lot that we need to be doing for ourselves too… and physical health should be a matter of growing concern. Maybe we do not sufficiently believe in our own mortality and how vulnerable we might be to different kinds of conditions that might challenge and threaten us…
Health – Important Tips :
AMAZINGLY SIMPLE HOME REMEDIES
1. IF YOU’RE CHOKING ON AN ICE CUBE,
SIMPLY POUR A CUP OF BOILING WATER DOWN YOUR THROAT.
PRESTO! THE BLOCKAGE WILL INSTANTLY REMOVE ITSELF.
2. AVOID CUTTING YOURSELF WHEN SLICING VEGETABLES
BY GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO HOLD THE VEGETABLES WHILE YOU CHOP.
3. AVOID ARGUMENTS WITH THE FEMALES ABOUT LIFTING THE TOILET SEAT –
USE THE SINK.
4. FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERERS ~
SIMPLY CUT YOURSELF AND BLEED FOR A FEW MINUTES,THUS REDUCING THE PRESSURE ON YOUR VEINS. REMEMBER TO USE A TIMER.
5. A MOUSE TRAP PLACED ON TOP OF YOUR ALARM CLOCK WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ROLLING OVER AND GOING BACK TO SLEEP AFTER YOU HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON.
6. IF YOU HAVE A BAD COUGH, TAKE A LARGE DOSE OF LAXATIVES.
THEN YOU’LL BE AFRAID TO COUGH.
7. REMEMBER – EVERYONE SEEMS NORMAL UNTIL YOU GET TO KNOW THEM.
8. IF YOU CAN’T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU’VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM
9. NEVER TAKE A SLEEPING TABLET AND A LAXATIVE ON THE SAME NIGHT.
And one last one you should really be careful about…
10. NEVER EVER SWALLOW YOUR BUBBLE GUM !
Not too difficult to put into practice and so maintain better conditions of health.
If all of these fail, please consult your doctor….
All fairly well now … except for the usual occasional whisper from inside me that I should be paying some more attention to health things in my own life!
Take care. Love to you, Terry
