Whatever age you are, there is always something to look forward to generally. And your attitude as you look forward to what will eventually become your own history, will help you better handle surprises and unpredictable happenings of your life.
You cannot fully control what is going to happen. What you can control is your way of facing it and handling it. Difficult situations can be seen as challenges. Challenges can become opportunities as you move along as gracefully as you can through life.
