Khandala is a beautiful place at this monsoon time of the year and I have always learned something new with every trip I make there.
Here’s something from about ten years ago… you will note that I had more hair then… but the sentiments of the poem remain with me still.

Emerging
from the mist
once again
Rejoicing
for the highs
and the pain
Remembering
the growing
and the gain
Re-learning
new touched
by gentle rain…
I step ahead
alive to wonder days
the damp is gone
dismissed by sun embrace
the paths ahead
invite to other ways –
Life’s graceful celebration!

My long season (about 16 days) of viral fever (at least that is what it seems to be) seems to have phased off and I am getting back to my superman feet now!! A bit of residual dry spasmodic rasping cough still remains but I can sense it easing out of my system. Hopefully all will be hale and hearty soon.
And the current inconsistency of the rains isn’t helping either. I really enjoy the downpour rains and maybe that will be a kind of effective therapy for my spirits. Just now even that is not happening… so I shall continue waiting.
That’s it for now…. hope all is well and even more wonderful for you.
Take care. Lots of love, Terry
