Yet another little note from God to me!

That is the very good way of beginning every new day – recognising it as God’s gift and responding to that gift with gratitude and excitement.
Each day is so unpredictable and full of this-way-that-way surprises. Nature, events, and maybe more specially people, surprise us differently every day. And not all surprises are necessarily of the pleasant type!
Most “gift”-gifts we receive on special occasions are also surprises and we unwrap them expectantly and excitedly.
As we must also do with the dawn-day gift we receive every morning.
Understandably we occasionally crib a bit about days that do not turn out so well for us. It is comforting to know that even when we do this there will still be another gift dawn for us the next day!
