Inspirational hymn in the attachment.
My dear
Rough times sometimes… and there is a crash after all has been going well. In the beginning one is positive. This is just a passing phase and all will be bright and sparkle again. The passing phase does not pass and there is an in-out/up-down whirl of things that one seems quiet helpless about. Things are not in control. The passing phase does not pass. And one gets hyper anxious about where this is all going and what will eventually happen.
One cannot change the past and one should not give it power over the present. And worrying about the future only infects the present. What you have control over is the present and it is for you to make the best of the just-now reality so that it is you who have power over what is to happen in the future.
I have often worried about my own helplessness about tragic things in my life. In prayer I turned to God begging for relief. In answer I got this message that helped me brave the storms:

That’s right: His grace, and your efforts. Having faith helps. Having a positive attitude helps. Making use of so many things you can be busy with, helps. Appreciating the support and care of family and friends, helps. Being grateful for the good things in your life, helps.
And above it all is His grace which is sufficient for you.
You pray for me too. And pray for others who are also going through rough times. Praying for others to heal can be quite therapeutic and can add much towards one’s own healing.
And believe this for yourself: His grace is sufficient for you.
Take care. Stay well.
Love Terry
