My dear

As individuals we might be pretty good at what we do.

And we have the freedom to be spontaneous and creative without disrupting anything that others might be doing.

No one should interfere with us either… unless we are trespassing on their freedom and spontaneity.

Working in and as a team is more challenging.

Freedom and spontaneity for each one and yet blending together with others of the team for mind-blowing harmony.

Here’s a group of young ladies who show us how this can be done.

Enjoy the music others bring into your life.

Add in your own as and when you can.

Celebrate the resulting harmony, sometime crazy, sometime mellifluous, sometime unfathomable, sometime surprising but always rhythmic, gracious and beautiful if you make it that way.

Lots of music, magic and wonder in your life.

Take care. Stay well.

Love,

Terry
