My dear<\/p>\n

Thanks for your early Christmas mail blessings and greetings.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s something for you\u2026 with appropriate music in the attachment.<\/p>\n

I wrote this poem about 8 years ago but I had not sent it around. I put in a picture from the net and artwork of a fellow Jesuit, Wendell D\u2019Cruz, from his creative collection \u201cListening to the Leaves\u201d.<\/p>\n

This has become my 2013 Christmas mail.<\/p>\n

Surrendering to Love\u2019s unbounded will<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Word descends in human form to be<\/strong><\/p>\n

Incarnate witness of God\u2019s love for man.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A virgin graced gives flesh to divine plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A child is born no ordinary child is this<\/strong><\/p>\n

Star wakens earth from death to life of bliss<\/strong><\/p>\n

As angels, shepherds, Kings from distant lands<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sing loud, bow low and touched by Father\u2019s hand<\/strong><\/p>\n

See Son make dwelling with the simple poor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bird, beast, grass, shrub, tree, leaves in dancing breeze,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sea, sky and land break out in glory song<\/strong><\/p>\n

From orphaned state, creation now belongs<\/strong><\/p>\n

To newfound kingdom. Death\u2019s dark hand full stayed<\/strong><\/p>\n

By blessed One, the Truth, new Life and Way.<\/strong><\/p>\n
