I was out of circulation for a while. Got this message from the Big G upstairs…. He must have noticed that I needed some\u00a0 amount of overhauling\/servicing\/repairs\/whatever before I continued with my fourth gear living.<\/p>\n
Daily life wear and tear takes a lot out of one\u2019s system so right up front came the invitation….<\/p>\n

I accepted, naturally. The place was a quiet secluded terrace room in the fathers\u2019 quarters on the fourth floor of the college.<\/p>\n
The time span was September 23rd<\/sup> to 30th<\/sup>. Sounds like a long time but that\u2019s the way we Jesuits do it. Eight days of prayer, silence, quiet, peace, listening, refreshing… etc. It\u2019s called the Retreat and it\u2019s an annual thing for us. Quite needed too.<\/p>\n I am glad I did it and I am glad I am back now to the everyday things of my life … catching up and getting ready for new things to come.<\/p>\n Term exam season on in college just now, as you know, \u00a0so all is sober\/serious and peaceful. About the middle of the month I will leave for my annual 10 day rural camp with students. Getting myself mentally prepared for that just now. And there will be more anxious excitement as the days pass and I have to have everything in place and ready.<\/p>\n Having done all this camp stuff more than 25 times already\u00a0 makes it easier but even so….<\/p>\n Other things well and chipping along terrily.<\/p>\n More wonders to you there.<\/p>\n Take care.
