My dear<\/p>\n

I too have occasionally been through agonizing, torture times. I have won prizes for acting\u2026 so I can generally cover up and no one can even guess. I didn\u2019t talk about these to anyone\u2026 couldn\u2019t talk to anyone.<\/p>\n

And I felt helpless and afraid about how it would all end.<\/p>\n

Recently, while going through a very distressing month of this, I picked up something that turned things around completely. It was a paraphrased line from the Bible.<\/p>\n

sit down, lean back,<\/p>\n

rest recover<\/p>\n

wonder the journey done<\/p>\n

worry the journey ahead<\/p>\n

where will it all end<\/p>\n

when will it all end<\/p>\n

sunlight shadow trails<\/p>\n

grass strewn patch paths<\/p>\n

clear unclear uncertain<\/p>\n

doubts anxieties worries<\/p>\n

unsettled rest<\/p>\n

unsatisfying answers<\/p>\n

elusive peace<\/p>\n

haunting banshee within<\/p>\n

relentlessly tirelessly<\/p>\n

gut wrenching \u2026<\/p>\n

at panic edge a whisper breeze<\/p>\n

turn your worries into prayers<\/p>\n

this too shall pass<\/p>\n

all will be well\u2026<\/p>\n

all will be well\u2026<\/p>\n

all will be well\u2026<\/p>\n

That is a really comforting thought and I have ample personal proof that it happens.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it takes a bit longer but it happens. Again and yet again. All will be well\u2026<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

And by turning my worries into prayers I can deal with the rough and tumble of difficult times that life brings my way.<\/p>\n

You do that too.<\/p>\n

And you have my own prayers adding to yours for greater effect.<\/p>\n

All will be well for you. This is not a wish. It is a prophecy<\/p>\n
