Malhar got over a while back and all is peaceful and well with me. These two things are not connected but anyway…<\/p>\n

You have already received from me a couple of mails about lessons you could learn from the Malhar mascot Puddles.<\/p>\n

Thought you might like to receive this mail bringing to you a lesson from Poodles \u2026 another dear friend of mine!<\/p>\n

Actually the lesson from Poodles completes the \u201cNever give up\u201d lesson from Puddles. Some have mailed me about really impossible situations where there is no alternative but to give up.<\/p>\n

I tend to agree\u2026 one may sometimes have to give up in impossible situations.<\/p>\n

However, what is important even in these, is that<\/p>\n

you should never give up on yourself!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poodles has that lesson for us\u2026<\/p>\n

Unpleasant circumstances quite beyond your control, people cramping your life and making things difficult for you, situations at home or at work that are terrifying or oppressive, people disregarding you or taking you for granted as they use you inconsiderately, relationships going sour and bitter because of no fault of your own, a host of other sometime devastating circumstances that are smothering your life…<\/p>\n

How does one cope gracefully with these?<\/p>\n

However bravely or despairingly you deal with things when the odds are overwhelmingly against you, NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!<\/p>\n

Poodles says it so simply and sensibly:<\/p>\n

Sometimes it is best to accept where you are for a while.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor a while\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

As a wise old sage also said long ago: \u201cThis too shall pass\u201d.<\/p>\n

Life will go on after that with you much stronger, more enriched and grown-up because of the efforts you made to deal with a challenging situation\u00a0 as effectively as you could…<\/p>\n

I am sure you have already been doing this now and then and you are more confident about yourself as a result.<\/p>\n

Way to go… and hooray for you!<\/p>\n

You have my blessings for more in that direction!<\/p>\n
