This is one poem I can read again and again and enjoy every time I read it.<\/p>\n
It is a bit long but it is inspirational and profound and spiritual.. and so sensitively written…<\/p>\n
And the imagery is breathtaking. Read it slowly and quietly……<\/p>\n

WHO<\/strong><\/p>\n Sri Aurobindo<\/p>\n In the blue of the sky, in the green of the forest, He is lost in the heart, in the cavern of Nature, In the strength of a man, in the beauty of woman, There are His works and His veils and His shadows; We have love for a boy who is dark and resplendent, We will tell the whole world of His ways and His cunning; All music is only the sound of His laughter, He is strength that is loud in the blare of the trumpets, In the sweep of the worlds, in the surge of the ages, The Master of man and his infinite Lover, It is He in the sun who is ageless and deathless, And because we ourselves have been carved in the palm of His hand and created in\u00a0 His own image and likeness, we are all so beautiful too…<\/p>\n Enjoy a lifetime of being and growing even more so that way ..<\/p>\n Blessings on all of you as you continue busily\/blissfully with your own things.<\/p>\n Love, Terry<\/p>\n querry2@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n
\nWhose is the hand that has painted the glow?
\nWhen the winds were asleep in the womb of the ether,
\nWho was it roused them and bade them to blow?<\/p>\n
\nHe is found in the brain where He builds up the thought:
\nIn the pattern and bloom of the flowers He is woven,
\nIn the luminous net of the stars He is caught.<\/p>\n
\nIn the laugh of a boy, in the blush of a girl;
\nThe hand that sent Jupiter spinning through heaven,
\nSpends all its cunning to fashion a curl.<\/p>\n
\nBut where is He then? by what name is He known?
\nIs He Brahma or Vishnu? a man or a woman?
\nBodies or bodiless? twin or alone?<\/p>\n
\nA woman is lord of us, naked and fierce.
\nWe have seen Him a-muse on the snow of the mountains,
\nWe have watched Him at work in the heart of the spheres.<\/p>\n
\nHe has rapture of torture and passion and pain;
\nHe delights in our sorrow and drives us to weeping,
\nThen lures with His joy and His beauty again.<\/p>\n
\nAll beauty the smile of His passionate bliss;
\nOur lives are His heart-beats, our rapture the bridal
\nOf Radha and Krishna, our love is their kiss.<\/p>\n
\nAnd He rides in the car and He strikes in the spears;
\nHe slays without stint and is full of compassion;
\nHe wars for the world and its ultimate years.<\/p>\n
\nIneffable, mighty, majestic and pure,
\nBeyond the last pinnacle seized by the thinker
\nHe is throned in His seats that forever endure.<\/p>\n
\nHe is close to our hearts, had we vision to see;
\nWe are blind with our pride and the pomp of our passions,
\nWe are bound in our thoughts where we hold ourselves free.<\/p>\n
\nAnd into the midnight His shadow is thrown;
\nWhen darkness was blind and engulfed within darkness,
\nHe was seated within it immense and alone.<\/p>\n
