Looking back and feeling bad about what has happened and how it could have happened better<\/p>\n
is just a waste of time, energy and spirit.<\/p>\n
Gone is gone and \u201ckeep going\u201d is the best that one could be doing.<\/p>\n
I did a bit of that two weekends ago.<\/p>\n
Instead of just staying indoors in the usual comfort zone of the college and counselling centre, I went all the way to Andheri for a Saturday-Sunday (Feb.21st<\/sup>\/22nd<\/sup>) overnight with my sister and others of the family who had spontaneously gathered at her place.<\/p>\n Seven of us were there catching up with exciting and challenging things that had happened and were happening in our lives. Sharing the rough times and beaming about new things we could be doing. And, to top it all, there was amazing home cooked food that I overindulged in. The garlic (see picture above) and other spices were much in evidence.<\/p>\n I do not know what\u00a0 \u201cmerlot\u201d is but it must have been around as well.<\/p>\n Just got back in time for the TY Farewell on Sunday evening. \u201cMoulin Rouge\u201d was the theme and everybody was dressed up in gorgeous\u00a0 glitz and glamour. Appropriate\u00a0 bright lights and colourful d\u00e9cor added to the sparkle mood of the occasion.<\/p>\n Another batch is getting ready to \u201ckeep going\u201d out from the comfortable familiar here<\/p>\n into the challenging unfamiliar out there. They will do well\u2026as others have done before them.<\/p>\n All otherwise in place with me.<\/p>\n These days the testing\/counseling is not too wild since exams and related things are on.<\/p>\n So my \u201ckeep going\u201d will be a bit less stressed and more relaxed.
