We do not have much choice about what comes our way\u2026 but we do have a choice about how we respond to it so go ahead and say \u201chowdy\u201d back. That\u2019s if you want to, of course.<\/p>\n
Not much came my way during the major part of last week. During this week-end there was a rush though.<\/p>\n
Yesterday afternoon a talk on \u201coptimizing survival strategies\u201d to a batch of college students\u2026 went off well. In the evening there was a two hour session with about 35 confirmation students of two parishes. It felt like I was giving a talk in a graveyard! Today morning another two hour talk to the same group followed by mass. Today was better. The corpses rose from their tombs and responded a little bit. I continued my \u201chowdy\u201d to them and the situation and I ended up feeling good. In the afternoon I went to a municipal school. About 30 of my SSL students were spending the whole of Sunday painting the walls of the school\u2026 painting learning things like planets and animals and clocks and numbers etc.<\/p>\n
I said \u201chowdy\u201d there too and returned about 4pm. Slept for about two hours and then got back to my usual life.<\/p>\n
Monday again tomorrow\u2026 and as I have been doing for quite a while now \u2026YYYAAAAYYYY ! Howdy Monday!<\/p>\n
