Good to reconnect with you.<\/p>\n
Soon it is going to happen again – my yet another SSL rural camp. I have lost count… but it is more than 30 plus camps I have been for and conducted.<\/p>\n
Looking forward to this one and I want it to be my best camp ever.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s a terry collage from last year\u2019s camp.<\/p>\n

Things don\u2019t look too good for me just now though. I have something called Post Nasal Drip that results in periodic spasmodic wracking cough spells that seem to be tearing up my throat. I have had this for the past five years about this time of the year. Maybe it is the weather change and pollution and pollen allergy and whatever.<\/p>\n
Doing what I can with the doctor\u2019s prescription adding to the many suggestions that everyone concerned is making.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Hopefully, as in previous years, all will be well before camp.<\/p>\n
And yes, I want this to be my best camp ever.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Rest assured, I will take it easy on the manual work and do everything I can to resist my uncontrollable urge to show off. I unhappily admit that my superman days are over and I have to look forward to less strenuous indulgences. I have no doubt that the campers at large will be making sure I do not do anything I should not be doing.<\/p>\n
And\u00a0 just to help me get into a better physical disposition I have started on a preparatory fitness programme of sorts: long morning walks, climbing stairs, doing stretches and other fitness things.<\/p>\n
That it itself should help in recovering my health.<\/p>\n
Nothing much else. Looking forward to this Diwali break… prior to the rural camp. No counselling \u2026and time for me to catch up on rest and recovery and preparations\u00a0 for the camp..<\/p>\n
