Cats generally hunt and kill rats. Almost like they are meant to. It\u2019s a matter of destiny… or so we believe.<\/p>\n

What we do in life<\/p>\n

is more a matter of CHOICE<\/p>\n

than of destiny!<\/p>\n

\u201cI couldn\u2019t help it!\u201d is more often than not an excuse for bad performances and undesirable behaviour.<\/p>\n

One hardly ever says this when one has performed well or succeeded.<\/p>\n

We proudly claim responsibility when we do well and succeed.<\/p>\n

We must also accept responsibility when we do not measure up.<\/p>\n

Professing helplessness and blaming destiny is an appeal for sympathy and an excuse for our not having made the necessary effort.<\/p>\n

I have my own definition of destiny:<\/p>\n

Destiny is what will happen to us after it has happened to us.<\/p>\n

Everything that has happened to me till now,<\/p>\n

because it has happened to me,<\/p>\n

can be considered to be my destiny!<\/p>\n

If I see things that way, then I can choose and shape my destiny. Within limits, of course.<\/p>\n

Sensible thing would be to make the kind of choices that will ultimately lead us to a desired destiny.<\/p>\n

Occasional goof-ups are allowed but we can always get back and make things happen for us the way we want them to.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
