Life here continues peacefully, pleasantly and moderately busy just now…<\/p>\n
It is the exam season and the crowd here is pre-occupied with studies and related things.<\/p>\n
Knowing how packed my daily life is I am often asked by concerned students and friends: \u201cTerry, when do you get time for yourself?\u201d<\/p>\n
I do not get time for myself… I make time for myself … generally at the end of the day when the sun has set, all have gone home and the college is quiet and peaceful…<\/p>\n

And I shall\u00a0be still<\/p>\n
in the blur of\u00a0dusk<\/p>\n
wondering<\/p>\n
the day’s dancings<\/p>\n
light-hearted<\/p>\n
for the happynings<\/p>\n

an otherwise<\/p>\n
full throttle day…<\/p>\n
Life is<\/p>\n

my miracles!<\/p>\n
I live<\/p>\n
the celebrations….<\/p>\n

And the celebrations are hardly ever riotous and noisy and agitated. I am usually alone in my counselling centre busy with mails or fixing things or composing some writing stuff, pottering around in my backyard garden or just stretching out and resting on my lazy easy chair.<\/p>\n
Inbetween there is dinner and the newspapers and some TV and then off to my room in the father\u2019s quarters for whatever I need to be doing before I pull down the curtains for the day…<\/p>\n
I rest well at night thankfully. No more undesirable nocturnal sonatas ever since I shifted from the hostel. Long ago someone had enlightened me about the need for rest rather than sleep at night. If I rest the chances of falling asleep are much higher…<\/p>\n
So I rest … and I sleep…. and I wake up to fresh surprises every day…<\/p>\n
I cannot remember when I was last bored, and though I am busy, life is hardly ever stressed! I am tired and sometimes bone-weary yes, but not stressed.<\/p>\n
Not that I never go out and indulge now and then in some amount of moderately wild living!! Family celebration times, or occasions with old friends and the like. I am fairly comfortable whatever the situation. Maybe age and experience have something to do with this but I like it this way<\/p>\n
Life is what I make of it \u2013 my miracles.<\/p>\n
Not all miracles happen the way one wants them to, I guess. But there is always the relief celebration afterwards that makes it worth the effort.<\/p>\n
Hope all continues well with you too… and your own miracles multiply as the days roll by.<\/p>\n
