Each standing pose<\/p>\n<p>from crown of head to tips of toes.<\/p>\n<p>Like going heels up over head.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFull arms balance. Begin.\u201d you said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExhale, descend, on platform stand<\/p>\n<p>and bend from waist. Stretch out your hands<\/p>\n<p>until your fingers reach the floor.<\/p>\n<p>Inhale, exhale, and bend some more!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>( We did our best, we really tried.<\/p>\n<p>We bended till we almost died!)<\/p>\n<p>We stretch, the platform edge we clasp.<\/p>\n<p>Our \u201cnormal\u201d breathing comes in gasps!.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Exhale and up. Now standing pose.<\/p>\n<p>Tadasana right from head to toes.<\/p>\n<p>Shoulders rolled back, now stand upright.<\/p>\n<p>Your buttocks grip with all your might!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInhale and jump, three feet apart.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s good for liver, lungs and heart.<\/p>\n<p>Trikonasana- turn and bend.<\/p>\n<p>Release your spine from end to end.<\/p>\n<p>Up and around, the other side.<\/p>\n<p>Narrow waist. Chest open wide.<\/p>\n<p>Feet together. Jump once again.<\/p>\n<p>Not just with the body. Use your brain!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Five feet apart, bend your right knee,<\/p>\n<p>your weight distribute equally.<\/p>\n<p>Right palm upon the floor, now twist<\/p>\n<p>and stretch your arm, hand and wrist<\/p>\n<p>from shoulder joint to fingertips.<\/p>\n<p>Relax your forehead, neck and hips (!)<\/p>\n<p>Left side. Breathe only from your nose.<\/p>\n<p>Your anal mouth completely close!<\/p>\n<p>Utanasana as much you can<\/p>\n<p>your tailbone to the ceiling fan.<\/p>\n<p>Erect now, in Tadasana freeze<\/p>\n<p>Join thighs and chips of inner knees<\/p>\n<p>The next pose that just must be done<\/p>\n<p>is Parsvottanasana<\/p>\n<p>Although your bodies may be sore<\/p>\n<p>this is a real relaxing pose.<\/p>\n<p>Contract your perineum please<\/p>\n<p>wherever you may think it is!<\/p>\n<p>Uttanasana once again.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t mind the agony, the pain<\/p>\n<p>is healthy. Only if you&#8217;re dead<\/p>\n<p>you won&#8217;t feel pain. Lower your head<\/p>\n<p>until it&#8217;s like a falling fruit.<\/p>\n<p>Your palms on floor besides each foot.<\/p>\n<p>Inhale, ascend, let&#8217;s have a break.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t give up now for heaven&#8217;s sake!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We did all this and so much more,<\/p>\n<p>we tried Sirsasana on the floor<\/p>\n<p>with shoulders raised and legs alive<\/p>\n<p>and variations four and five!<\/p>\n<p>Then back again to other things<\/p>\n<p>like forward bends and wonderings<\/p>\n<p>if we would last until the end<\/p>\n<p>with seven different backward bends,<\/p>\n<p>to prove to us that we were tough<\/p>\n<p>you really took us very far<\/p>\n<p>with twenty surya namaskars!<\/p>\n<p>When all of this was said and done<\/p>\n<p>you soothed us with savasana<\/p>\n<p>flat on our backs upon the ground<\/p>\n<p>we sensed each inner body sound<\/p>\n<p>whisper in our inner ears<\/p>\n<p>a sense of peace, of quiet cheer.<\/p>\n<p>Our faces calmed with gentle smiles<\/p>\n<p>the super session was worthwhile!<\/p>\n<p>12\/10\/87<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FOR ALL THE THINGS YOU MAKE US DO For all the things you make us do like bends and twists till we are blue right in the face.
