Some reflections about that…..<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 khandala villa\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0photo :\u00a0 kevin d’cruz<\/p>\n He walks the wooded mists alone<\/p>\n in quest\u00a0of comforts now unknown<\/p>\n unbeaten paths by spirit shown<\/p>\n determined is his will.<\/p>\n Around him naught\u00a0of his\u00a0desire<\/p>\n from vale\u00a0up mountain slope much higher<\/p>\n through clouds to skies his heart aspires<\/p>\n dream he must fulfil.<\/p>\n Ease\u00a0life and comforts left behind<\/p>\n the shadow ache\u00a0\u00a0he doesn’t mind<\/p>\n bridge to beyond\u00a0 he yearns to find<\/p>\n so\u00a0onward he does go.<\/p>\n Surrendering to glimpse of light<\/p>\n he wards off phantoms of the night<\/p>\n pursues unfaltering the height<\/p>\n that saints and sages know.<\/p>\n Once long ago he had a home<\/p>\n a hearth of joy, no will to roam<\/p>\n long celebrations polychrome<\/p>\n when every need was fed;<\/p>\n then one\u00a0bright \u00a0morn he woke\u00a0from dream<\/p>\n his soul\u00a0stretched\u00a0 out to vision scene<\/p>\n his life packed up, a call supreme<\/p>\n his pilgrim journey led.<\/p>\n He gladly bears the day dust heat<\/p>\n the scorching sands that burn his feet<\/p>\n the chill of night when in retreat<\/p>\n he gathers for the day.<\/p>\n Then fresh renewed he\u00a0carries on<\/p>\n with\u00a0staff and bag his all belong<\/p>\n his\u00a0spirit light, his\u00a0heart a song<\/p>\n he quests along the way.<\/p>\n He isn’t there, and yet he is<\/p>\n not destination but the bliss<\/p>\n of journey paths\u00a0he finds that is<\/p>\n his\u00a0life\u00a0as meant to be\u00a0.<\/p>\n A\u00a0pilgrim still he will remain<\/p>\n the earth, seas, spirit-skies domain<\/p>\n for minstrel wanderings, he reigns<\/p>\n and walks on blissfully….<\/p>\n terryq: 2nd October, 2004<\/p>\n I continue looking forward to the excitement and mystery of new day happenings, making my own contributions to these as new occasions make opportunities available. My latest adventure is charcoal drawings… as you saw. And other differently innovative and exciting here-and-there stuff will happen as life rolls along. Who knows, cooking and baking and making pastries and chocolate goodies might also come up some day!<\/p>\n All else well and I am really waiting for the rains to properly settle and come in thunderstorms and torrents!
