Surrendering to Love\u2019s unbounded will<\/p>\n

The Word descends in human form to be<\/p>\n

Incarnate witness of God\u2019s love for man.<\/p>\n

A virgin graced gives flesh to divine plan.<\/p>\n

A child is born no ordinary child is this<\/p>\n

Star wakens earth from death to life of bliss<\/p>\n

As angels, shepherds, Kings from distant lands<\/p>\n

Sing loud, bow low and touched by Father\u2019s hand<\/p>\n

See Son make dwelling with the simple poor.<\/p>\n

In rough hewn hands accepted is the gift<\/p>\n

Mortalised by Spirit’s grace, sent down<\/p>\n

Now vulnerably held surrendering<\/p>\n

To whims of human destiny ordained<\/p>\n

As God’s eternal omniscient plan<\/p>\n

Miraculous unfolds, redeeming man.<\/p>\n

Father’s compassion shown, concern for man<\/p>\n

Who from his sorry plight so full redeemed<\/p>\n

Now man for man a like concern must show<\/p>\n

Compassion love for fellow man in need.<\/p>\n

A kingdom new with God-child’s birth begins<\/p>\n

As earth and heaven fully now rejoice.<\/p>\n

Celestial choirs fill the heavens, sing<\/p>\n

Creation joins with celebration voice :<\/p>\n

“To God in highest heaven glory be!<\/p>\n

To all of good will here on earth – His peace!”<\/p>\n
