I know I have sent you an original terry-Christmas-mail already but a season like this continues being inspiring….<\/p>\n
So here’s another one…..<\/p>\n
The infant in the visual is\u00a0 Myles, a grand-nephew of mine. His posture and position seem appropriate\u00a0\u00a0for the concerned times we live in. Much like the Christ child, I suppose!<\/p>\n

“’tis wealth!” they claim as wars are waged<\/p>\n
injustice heaped\u00a0 and lords enslaved<\/p>\n
to bondaged\u00a0hate devouring man<\/p>\n
unbalanced deep by sin engraved<\/p>\n
all now is lost, all lost and yet<\/p>\n
catastrophe stayed still by plan<\/p>\n
divine redemption will be wrought<\/p>\n
by Son of God in form of man<\/p>\n
so gentle heaven’s child new born<\/p>\n
his\u00a0peace gift \u00a0brings to turbulence<\/p>\n
and in the hush of Christmas morn<\/p>\n
is\u00a0re-created – innocence!<\/p>\n

As you know I have been under the weather for the past fortnight. A cold with a severe rasping cough that tears me up inside. I have been through voiceless\/crackle mode in-between and subjected to a wide variety of remedies suggested by everyone who meets me ( hot haldi-doodh, honey with pepper\/brandy, “jesthimadh”, betadine, glycodin, Dr.Smyle gargle-gulp, \u00a0deep breathing…. and a long list of others with the usual hot-salt-water gargle etc.etc.) I have been taking most of these\u00a0 whether as a result of them or otherwise, I am feeling better now… though not completely. Hopefully I will breathe easier in the new year!<\/p>\n
Lots of family things happening and I am looking forward to catching up with them. And looking forward to the rest\/break I will be getting this week too.<\/p>\n
Classes resume on Jan.3rd… in another year 2011!<\/p>\n
And yes, I went out shopping for my new diary. It takes quite a hunt to get the absolutely appropriate one for my needs…. and I quite enjoy the shopping around for it. But on the way I got a brainwave and decided to design and make my own! I have done that too…with Kevin’s help… and I am very happy with the results!<\/p>\n
