And quite suddenly quietly it is the dawn of another year… the unstoppable of life goes on ….
It’s been a relatively good year for me except for a bout of ill health that came, stayed and went, like all of these things generally do. One cannot be on a high all the time.
All is well enough now and like I generally say, the best is yet to come. I continue looking forward.
I celebrated the new year in exactly the way I love to celebrate it : excitingly quietly and peacefully!! Definitely no bashes or mid-night parties… no family lunches, dinners or related celebrations.
No, it is not boring to be doing it this way. Nothing that makes one happy can be boring.
College reopens on Jan.2nd. My new diary suitably adapted for my special needs, is ready… and I will start entering in it things that I have to be doing in counselling or whatever else.
If you wish to drop in and spend some time with me, let me know and I will keep a special time for you and enter your name in my new diary. That would really be nice! You are welcome to surprise me too…. and it doesn’t matter that your name wasn’t put down in my diary for that.
It’s always beautiful meeting up with old friends.
Other things are well and I shall do what I can to make “the best that is to come” happen for myself.
